I conducted an in-depth analysis of educational experiences and cultural diversity in Hawaiian schools compared to mainland US schools, drawing from my teaching experience in Hawaii. I evaluated the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion strategies in both systems and developed a proposed curriculum to enhance diversity and inclusivity.
